Satisfactory completion of this unit allows you to apply for a White Card with WorkSafe
This training course covers:
Mandatory work health and safety training required prior to undertaking construction work.
Demonstration of personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements
Working safely to prevent injury or harm to yourself or others around you.
Identifying and orally reporting common construction hazards.
Understanding basic risk control measures.
Identifying procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies.
Correct selection and fitting of common Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
A site-specific induction prior to the commencement of construction work will be required.
The unit of competency CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry is
a nationally accredited. On successful completion, you will receive a statement of attainment.
Investment: $120 per person
Minimum Number: 10 people per course
